User Agreement

Effective Date: March 25, 2025

1. Service Description

FlashNews is a mobile application that provides news content, information feeds, and related services. No registration or login is required to use core features. The App is monetized through advertising (including rewarded ads).

2. User Rights and Obligations

• Users have the right to access and use the App in accordance with this agreement.
• Users shall not:
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations;
  • Distribute false or misleading information;
  • Infringe upon intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
  • Disrupt or interfere with App operations;
  • Use automated tools to scrape or reproduce content.
• Users are solely responsible for any consequences caused by their actions within the App.

3. Content Guidelines and Disclaimers

Some content is aggregated from public or authorized sources. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee the correctness or timeliness of all information. We are not responsible for damages caused by inaccurate content.

All advertisements are served via third-party platforms. We are not liable for the legality, accuracy, or quality of any ad content or products promoted through the App.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content and design elements in the App are protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content for commercial purposes without proper authorization.

5. Privacy Protection

The App does not collect personal identifiable information such as names, phone numbers, or emails. It may collect anonymous usage data and device information to improve functionality and serve relevant ads. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

6. Service Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to modify or terminate any part of the service at any time due to operational, legal, or technical reasons. We are not liable for any service disruption caused by force majeure or maintenance.

7. Legal Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from this agreement shall be submitted to the local court where the company is based.

8. Agreement Updates

We may update this agreement periodically. The latest version will be published within the App. Continued use after updates signifies acceptance of the new terms.

10. User Data Deletion Request

Although no user accounts are required, we support your right to control your data. If you wish to delete all data associated with your device (including usage analytics and ad interaction data), please follow these steps:

• Send your Device Advertising ID (e.g., Android Advertising ID) to our email: support@flashnews365.com
• Include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line
• Upon verification, we will process the deletion within 15 business days
• Once deleted, the data cannot be recovered and certain features may be affected
